3 Ways to Lower Risk of Heart Disease inspired a Facebook LIVE on the Birthday Anniversary of my beautiful sweet aunt Patricia. In her early 50s Patty died much too soon from heart disease.
Sadly, my family choose to forego natural, holistic solutions for heart health recovery. Instead, they chose conventional medical doctor protocol because this is who they trusted and were most familiar with. Tragically, her body’s systems reacted negatively to the toxic, medicated environment and endured complications galore.
I have the utmost respect for each soul’s journey and decisions. But like a loving daughter who grew so very close to Patty through the healing and struggle, it pained my heart when alternatives were not welcomed. The disease merely worsened and progressed until her death 4 years after the heart attack.
My community of health nut professionals, coupled with current science and personal experience shows me there are 3 keys to a Healthy Heart. EXPRESS, MOVE AND PRIME the body. All 3 facets are vital to a healthy heart and lowering risk of illness overall.
The good news, it’s ABSOLUTELY “possible” through natural solutions to Live Healthy Beyond 100. I elaborate in this Facebook LIVE.
3 Ways to Lower Risk of Heart Disease:
EXPRESS your emotion and thoughts.
MOVE your body with daily exercise.
PRIME your body with whole food supplementation.
EXPRESS your emotion and thoughts. Seeds of doubt or worry and emotions of fear or anxiety may be a result of pain buried deep in the pockets of your cells. Left unexpressed for years has proven to build and may create massive stress on the heart and cardiovascular health.
EXPRESSION can take a variety of forms unique to your present-time experience. In my years of helping clients unlock the voice of excuses and let loose the mind’s gremlins of fear, doubt, disappointment in whichever feeling(s) may arise: Grief, sadness, confusion, anxiety, disappointment, and pain all need your attention. Unblock, get Unstuck, Dissolve emotional pain.
MOVE your body with daily exercise. A known fact is exercise strengthens the heart muscle. What is an activity you enjoy? Do you walk, run, hike, treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, yoga, climb stairs, cycle, swim, ski and snowboard, or dance? Exercising your body daily
PRIME your body with whole food supplementation. Lower inflammation, lower cancer markers, and increase natural levels of nitric oxide are #1 importance to cardiovascular health.
Supplement with inflammation lowering, anti-oxidants like the miracle tree #MoringaOleifera married with #MangosteenJuice #Xanthones known as the Queen of Fruits.
Eat organic, plant-based, non-GMO, gluten free, eliminate or reduce dairy, wheat, sugar and caffeinated products not from natural sources is common knowledge but often overlooked in our busy lifestyles.
A reminder of the vital importance to strengthening heart health from the Inside to the Outside, here are some latest stats you may recognize.
Heart Disease is the 2nd leading cause of death in Canada. According to the Public Health Agency of Canadian Chronic Disease Surveillance System (CCDSS), about 1 in 12 (~ 2.4 million) Canadian adults age 20 and over live with heart disease. Every hour, about 12 Canadian adults age 20 and over die.
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) accounts for approximately 800,000 deaths in the United States per year, one out of every three deaths. This 2017 updated report from the American Heart Association further explains that one person dies every 40 seconds from CVD.
